According to § 56 of the Law of Obligations Act, the consumer may withdraw from the contract concluded by means of communication within 14 days. The deadline starts from the day the goods have reached the consumer.

There is no right of return for goods that are manufactured taking into account the personal needs of the customer who is a party to the contract or that are manufactured according to the conditions provided by the customer.

If the buyer withdraws from the contract, we will return the amount paid by him as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after receiving the returned goods. The buyer must return the goods received from the seller immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the withdrawal statement.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send the application to the e-mail address info@furgner.ee with the following information:

the name of the product to be returned or ordered

the day of placing the order

day of receiving the product

buyer's name, surname

photos of the product if possible

contact details of the buyer

The returned item must be clearly unused and in the original packaging. If the product has been removed from the original packaging for inspection, it must not have been used and the product must be inspected under the same conditions as if it were done in a physical store. Goods removed from their original packaging must be repackaged in such a way that they cannot be damaged during the return process. If the returned product is not in the original packaging or if the packaging is damaged, the trader has the right to demand compensation from the consumer for the decrease in the value of the goods.

We will return the amount paid for the goods within 14 days by transfer to the bank account you used to make the purchase.
